Continental breakfast in Le Caspien Boutique Hotel

Lobby or reception in Le Caspien Boutique Hotel
After staying in the Medina, we decided to spend couple of nights in the new district. This hotel seemed to offer nice rooms, in a convenient location at a good price and so it was. The staff there is amazing: when we first arrived the guy at the reception was very welcoming and he also offered us an upgrade and let us stay in the Suite even though we had booked a normal room and this was obviously very much appreciated. The next day we met Marwa (hope this is how you write it) and she is just the kindest girl, caring and smiley. She booked us a taxy to the airport, printed us our flight tickets because in Marocco is still recommended to have them physically and made sure that the kitchen would prepare a take away breakfast for us as we had to leave the hotel prior to when they officially start serving breakfast which was just the bee's knees. The hotel was nice, clean with a nice terrace and restaurant but the staff is what made the difference for us. Thank you!

The service was fantastic and Aras is an excellent employee. They were extremely attentive, the room is very beautiful. Very good conditions. A bit noisy due to the cafés around until 1am or 2am, but you can sleep. It's in a very popular area, probably one of the best in Marrakech. They were always very helpful whenever we needed anything, such as taxis, drinks, directions and so on. Aras was absolutely right when he said that we stayed in one of the best rooms, which faced the pool and really was much quieter than the rooms facing the main road. I recommend this hotel for the service and the welcome we received. We want to come back, for €5 we'll take a taxi to the Medina, which takes 7 minutes by car, while it's almost 45 minutes on foot. But in terms of safety and comfort I recommend the Hotel Le Caspien

Mario

Lovely staff, upgraded us for a higher room, which had bigger balcony with pool view so a bit quieter too (esp at night). It has a few restaurants, we liked the Tapas but didn't yet try the french one, which is supposed to be great, so will do that next time. The continental breakfast was ok but gets boring after a few days. Location is ok, Near to shops, bars & restaurants in a small but quite busy street in the new town, which is 30 min walk from old town (Medina).

Ana

Great location near shops and restaurants taxis . very comfortable room with the balcony. Hotel restaurant is top class. helpful front desk reception manager Mr yonis guided and help me with my enquiries wich is very much appreciated. overall the staff were amazing compliments to the chef for Michelin star steak and other dishes during my stay . This hotel should be 5 stars for the excellent service. will be back.

Sohail

I really liked the staff at the reception, Marua and Anas were great, so were the drivers and the location of the hotel. The room was very comfortable and with a nice balcony. The hotel has a very good restaurant where we eat many times. Congratulations to the chef! The breakfast could have more variety but overall it was a pleasant one week stay in Marrakech .
